National Center for the Rights of the Child(here in after referred to as NCRC) has established King Sejong Institute Seoul in order to provide organized Korean courses for intercountry adoptees and has been providing Korean language education and Korean cultural experiences to help them form identity. We look forward to your active participation in the 2024 2nd Semester Overseas Adoptee Korean Course.

□ Place(Offline class): NCRC (G Tower, 71, Sambong-ro, Jongno-gu, Seoul)

□ Qualification: Overseas adoptee

※ Priority selection of people who meet all the following conditions

① Overseas Adoptees

- A person who can attend more than 80% of the Korean Language Course

- A person who can attend the online class based on Korean time in case of overseas residents

② Adoptee's Direct Descendant

- A person who can attend more than 80% of the Korean Language Course

- A person 19 years of age or older

- A resident of Korea, a person who can attend off-line classes(in-person classes)

- Adoption Certificate of Overseas Adoptees (Certificate of enrollee’s mother of father issued by adoption agency)

- Family relationship certificate*

* A document that can prove the family relationship between the adoptee and the adoptee's child(the applicant). Certificates can only submitted in English
